The App is a virtual pet companion powered by on-device artificial intelligence. It provides entertainment through AI-driven conversations, personality development, and interactive gameplay. The App is not intended to replace human social interaction or provide professional advice of any kind.

2. AI Disclaimer

The App uses an AI language model running on your device. AI responses are generated locally and may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. We continuously work to improve response quality, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of all AI-generated content.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers free features and optional premium features available through Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, designs, characters, artwork, and code — is owned by Calmax Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to interfere with the App's functionality
• Extracting or repurposing the AI model or its outputs

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmax Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
