The App is a women's health companion that uses on-device AI for cycle tracking, symptom logging, pattern analysis, and health insights. The App is designed for personal health awareness and is not a medical device.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health information, predictions, and AI-generated insights are for informational and personal awareness purposes only. They should not replace professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions, especially regarding:

• Fertility planning or contraception
• Irregular cycles or concerning symptoms
• Pregnancy-related questions
• Any changes in your health

Do not rely on the App's predictions for contraception or fertility planning.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers free features and optional premium features available through Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, designs, artwork, and code — is owned by Calmax Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Representing AI-generated insights as professional medical advice
• Extracting or repurposing the AI model or its outputs

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy of cycle predictions, AI-generated health insights, or any content generated by the App. Individual results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmax Systems shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content, including but not limited to health decisions made based on the App's predictions or insights.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
