The App is an astrology application that uses on-device AI to generate personalized birth chart readings, horoscopes, and compatibility analyses. The App is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

Astrology readings generated by the App are for entertainment and personal insight only. They should not be used as the basis for making important life decisions, including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions. AI-generated interpretations may be inaccurate or unexpected.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers free features and optional premium features available through Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• In-app currency (Stardust) is non-refundable and has no real-world monetary value.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, designs, characters, artwork, and code — is owned by Calmax Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Representing AI-generated readings as professional astrological advice
• Extracting or repurposing the AI model or its outputs

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy of astrological calculations, AI interpretations, or any content generated by the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmax Systems shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
